bullet calibre and noise decibels

what is decibel noise level from different calibre bullets?

IMO (i.e. - not scientifically proven, to my knowledge), however, gun design makes a difference. For example, my Beretta 92 seems to be a lot louder than a 9mm 1911 due to its open slide. Then again, it might just be a matter of perception

That's amazing: how little difference in the center fire handgun data. Even with hearing protection at my indoor range, I'd have thought a much wider range of noise.

.357 Mag, 164.3 dB
.45 Colt, 154.7 dB

Might seem small different but this means .357 is 10 times louder than .45 Colt. That is not a 'small' difference. Remember a difference of 20 diff means 100 times as loud, 30 diff means 1000 times louder as this is on a log 10 scale ( Decibel definition ).
