I broke my front sight on my Glock 23.
Now it's time to get a new one, and there are many choices.
What would you choose, and why?????
Thanks Moose

Novak Sights mounted to a 1911 slide and frame. Keep the Glock in a locked box to keep the kids away from it. You know how evil them Glocks Are.

Oh, and why? They are snag-free, durable, and look good. Not positive if they are made for the Glock though. You need to tell us what the gun is to be used for for a more accurage answer.

Threw away the standard Glock sights and put (very) plain Novaks on my daughter's M19. No lines, dots, or blinking lights. The instructors at Gunsite liked them when she went through there recently. Nice, neat, and trouble-free.

I also like the Heinie Straight Eights have a look

They are simple, precise, easy to use in low light and pleasing in appearance.

Trijicon Night Sights, They give a very nice sight picture and the front sight is a little thinner than the stock Glock one.

Moose.....I have a Glock 26 that I never liked the front sights on at all. There is just not enough light around the front blade on the factory Glock sights. Ran across a Glock Inc. rep at a gun show in Tulsa. He installed a set of Mepro night sights. Now I may not ever need the night sight part, but the sight picture in the day time is much improved with twice the light around the front blade. Best part is the total cost for sights and installation was $90.00 including tax. The mepros are low profile and look better to me than factory. Shoot Safe....CO

I've installed several sets of Meps on Glocks, including a set on my daughter's G26. Midway's price in my dealer cat. is $59. I don't think that they're much more than that in the regular Midway cat.

Had a Heine serrated-ramp front, MMC adjustable rear. Black.

I'd put an Ashley Express tritium set. The regular size, not the Big Dot.
This is for an up-close-and-personal weapon, not a target gun of course.

Here's another vote for Trijicon night sights. I love 'em on my Glock 23
