Would you please explain exactly WHY anyone should order from you when you haven't filled an order I placed on June 2nd? There has been no response to my emails and the phone never gets picked up. Your Tac. vest came recommended to me and I really wanted one but well.......Its nearly 2 months and not a peep. I went so far in mid-July as to cancel the card I gave you because I assumed that I was dealing with a non-existant web company and was fearful of where the number would go. I really would rather have had what I ordered than to have to resort to warning others but I was left with little choice.

I did want to add that my card was not charged, simply no further contact from ASP.

I was considering buying some 1911 mags but I think I'll hold off for now.

Let us know how things work out, Mark.

btw I called on the 30th about 20 minutes after this ad was posted. They said all the Glock mags were sold, yet they are still listed here?

I wanted those G20 mags BAD. It's not nice to tease people this way!

ASPI Response

In refrence to your email we have no record of an order from Mark Gehl. If his credit card was not charged maybe there was a problem with his order because the vests are in stock and shipped quickly. I don't remember an email coming from you. Unfortunately we are a small business and we are inundated by calls and emails. We try our best to answer them in a timely manner. But yet we are also the cheapest priced on the web.

Currently it is very difficult to get certain merchandise such as Surefire and ATN scopes and this is what we are having the biggest problem with. We have dropped Surefire weapon lights and are currently dropping ATN Scopes due to their unreliability in delivering.

We currently ship in excess of 500 packages a week between 5 guys. We have a 93% fill rate in 3 days or less. Unfortunately, we only hear the bad things. I wish that the other thousands of customers would say the positive things that they have gotten from us.

I am sorry about the bad experience that you had. Please let us know if we can rectify this .

botach gets their orders right sometimes too.

"yet we are the cheapest priced on the web" i've seen many of your products cheaper elsewhere.

"i wish that the other thousands of customers would say the positive things that they have gotten from us" customer service is not measured by what you're SUPPOSED to do, it's how you handle problems.

ASPI Tactical Purchase

I placed a order for a Insight M6 light on Monday July 29, 2002 and received it on Friday August 2, 2002. This is my first order and it was delivered as promised.

I was simply annoyed before. Lousy customer service is annoying but ultimately hurts the vendor. But to lied to like this ticks me off!

In refrence to your email we have no record of an order from Mark Gehl.

Excuse my language but thats a load of CRAP !

Until about one week ago I could enter in the order # from the e-mail confirmation they sent me and track the lack of status. I tried today and found the "track order status" password protected. There is no user name and password on my return email.

I don't remember an email coming from you. Unfortunately we are a small business and we are inundated by calls and emails

You shouls have received a total of 6.
6/16 Sent to [email protected] (reply to order confirmation)
6/24 Sent to [email protected] (reply to order confirmation)
7/10 Sent to [email protected] , [email protected] , [email protected] , [email protected]. This was a return of the Hot Stuff email sent 7/3.
I work not only in a small business but in customer service and if I tried to tell a customer that I was "inundated by calls and emails" I would be fired!!

Well Guys Make up your own minds but I think you all know where I stand on this.
Thanks,
Mark
