my pt940 has been shot about 2000 times. the last time i shot it i noticed the primers on the spent cases had a dent and a gash in them. what causes this? and should it be fixed immediatley?

I would inspect the firing pin and see if it looks damaged. This could also be the result of a weak firing pin spring. George
