FID and Hospitalization

If I was hospitalized at the age of 16, am now 19, and I live in Massachusetts, can I get my FID? I might be able to get a doctors affidavit.

I read that you can in the laws section with an affidavit, but what if it was a minor, would I need the affidavit?

Thanks,
Chris

Are you asking about a mental health issue? While some might give you advice here - it's best to check with the local lawyers aware of MA and Federal legalities.
