I don't think weight of four or six pounds is really a valid consideration in a two-handed home defense weapon. There's something to be said in vertical buttstroke capability.

You might want to rethink or at least reread what I posted...

With my wife 5', 8" and 115 pounds and my daughter a few inches shorter and likely 25+ pounds less a VERY LIGHT and low recoil/low muzzle flash weapon is extremely important...
