Need some info on Krupp and Herters side loading dies.

I have quite a few sets of the side loading Krupp and Herters perfect automatic dies that have a caliber specific sleeve in them that slides up when your seating a bullet. I was wondering if anyone still makes the bullet seating sleeve for different calibers? If not, Is there anyone who does custom machine work for old reloading equipment? I love these dies but cant afford to buy anymore RCBS competition ones for the calibers I need, The wife would kill me LOL.
