The only news I've seen is that the April 15 deadline for registration is coming and it is possible as many as 90% of gun owners in NY are refusing to register.

What modifications would make a more-or-less "standard" AR-15 legal under the NY SAFE Act?

Don't take this as gospel but a few of the mods would be a low capacity mag, no pistol grip, and a non-collapsible stock. There's a link on another thread and pic of a modified AR for one of the states that is something of a monstrosity. The gun grabbers admit it is legal but complain it still looks evil.

Many are just leaving the high restictions, high taxes etc not just the gun owners and the politiciaqns are clueless. NYS has already lost large amounts of tax revenues ,people and businesses.
Kahr has bought a industrial park in PA and will enlarge there operation to include production. They are also inviting gun related companies to move to the park !

I might suggest that YOU not announce that you personally know folks that are going to break the law (even if you disagree with it).

My information is that Kahr will move their corporate headquarters from NJ to PA, possibly sometime in 2016. They have purchased land. They currently have no plans to relocate production from Worcester, MA, to PA.

Let's not be naive - passing along 'what you heard' can be troublesome. Use your head. Does it have to be spelled out.
