Offset BUIS
So I'm assessing all the crap I have accumulated for my AR's and I have decided to convert a rifle to 3-gun style optics and irons. But instead of investing in a new set like KAC, Dueck, and company, I was wondering if I could get offset rails that would hold my irons at the appropriate angle over the bore to maintain proper sight picture.
The reason I ask is I have a set of YHM flip BUIS that would fit the bill since the rear sight doesn't fit under my PEPR without a riser. Also the ability to fold the sights makes casing and storage of the rifle easier. If not, I'll hold out for a set of KAC sights

Honestly, I don't see why it wouldn't work. Keep in mind, in 3 gun, you will be tossing the rifle around a decent amount. Just be careful how you handle it. Maybe later on upgrade to the KAC setup.
