I'm interested in a semiautomatic shotgun with a magazine capacity of at least 6 rounds and preferably a 18-20" barrel. I know almost all home defense shotguns are pumps, but I'd rather have an autoloader if I could get one. I can't afford a Benelli, btw, so there's no need to suggest it...

A worked over 1100 Remington with a mag extension would be a good choice, and there's lots of them out there. I've seen a full length bbled 1100 with a total mag capacity of 10+1 that was an outstanding 00 area saturation unit. And, like most recent Remington designs, it's very durable.

The Mossy 9200A1 Jungle Gun can be equipped
w/Choate's +2 extension for a 6rd. mag capacity. With my limited use so far, it has exceeded my expectations.
