Kahr MK40 and K40 Covert owners, please help!

I found this ad on Gunbroker

http://www.gunbroker.com/auction/Vie...p?Item=2708372

Its for an MK40 but I'll be darned if the photo isn't of a K40 Covert!

So which is it (I sent a message to the seller but some people don't take kindly to their ads being questioned so he may not answer, or he may not know there's a difference between the K40 Covert and the MK40, or he's a crook)

here's the pic in question (I still contend it's a Covert not an MK)

I just got an email from the guy selling the K40 Covert linked above.

He thanked me for pointing out his error and said he changed the ad.

It was just an honest mistake, and he didn't seem upset that I pointed it out (too bad it's not an MK or I would be interested in it ).
