Fair price for Ruger M77 MKII .30-06 SS/Zytel?

I have a Ruger M77 MKII all stainless with Zytel stock .30-06 just taking up room in the safe. I bought it new in 1993 and it probably only has 200 rounds through it. It is in excellent + condition with no marks or scratches of any kind. It has the integral Ruger scope rings and a padded sling, but no scope.

I am looking to sell, but I don't know what a fair price is. Seems like I gave close to $400 for it back in 1993.

Any recommendations? What are these selling for used? I did some searches on Gunbroker and AuctionArms, but I couldn't find many of these that have sold. It looks like they aren't that popular?
