Hi,

Let me introduce myself, my Name is Juanita and the only reason I post my real name here it that it has already been mentioned in another thread. I am here to encourage you to contact me with any past or present problems that you are haveing with Forrest Inc. I am the office manager now and want to work with all to make things right. Forrest Inc has gone through some serious changes in the last few months and are working on more each day. I cant promise that I can fix all right away but I do promise that I will work with you to correct any problems that you are having or that you might have had. It is never our intention to have an unhappy customer.

I'm with Ohen. Never had a problem but I haven't ordered anything in a while. Glad to meet you Neeters!

I have ordered from Forrest Inc several times and never had a problem. The one magazine I had to return (a SA hi-cap for a Browning HP) was handled quickly and a replacement sent in a timely manner.

I hope that you can solve any problems you are having and continue to be a viable company.
