Promo Powder
Never used in handloads but I have used Promo Powder in Shotshell reloads for many years because its less expensive than Red Dot. From what I remember it may be Red Dot that is off specs. Never had a problem with Promo and to me, it always seemed a little dirtier than Red Dot and Alliant is right! Use the same data as Red Dot. Unless you made up your mind, I would check the Alliant Manual and Hodgens Manual you can get a better choice.
