conceal 357 snubbie?

I bought a rossi r46102 357 snubbie for c/c. But it has a sorta large grip/handle. I cannot figure out how to c/c it. I live in south fla. so its to hot to wear a coat or any hot clothes. any ideas?:thanks for any help

Have you shot it much yet?

I'm guessing you haven't because it's very uncomfortable for MOST people to shoot.

I wouldn't worry about how to carry it until I knew I could practice with it a LOT.

fwiw: here's the solution to my particular carry situation

It may not be appropriate for your needs, but it works well for mine.

And it's made in Florida, I do believe.

I'm not familiar with your individual weapon, . . . but a buddy carries his 5 shot S&W .357 in the front pocket of whatever pants he wears, . . . including jogging pants.

He bought a synthetic holster for it, . . . even I cannot tell when he does or does not have it.

Won't work for an old 1911 guy like me, . . . but works for him.

Bigger the grip, the more control you have over the gun and the harder it is to conceal.

There's a grip industry trying to produce the best of both worlds. From Uncle Mike's boot grips to the very shootable but ugly looking Hoges or Packmayers. In the end, we choose what works best for us. Some love the beautiful wood grips, like yours. Others, like me, find they wack they cr#p out of our hands with light J-frames. Or K-frames too, for that matter.

In my younger days, recoil didn't beat me up so much. In my six decade, that's not the case anymore. For handling recoil AND concealability, the rubber (ranging from soft to hard with some covering the backstrap and some not) grips work well.

I have a taurus 605 snubbie and it has the short grip with no room for my little finger, but it'll fit in the pocket of my jeans.

I use a Desantis "Tuck This II" when carrying my S&W M-60 2". It takes some getting used to but works great if you wear the clip against a belt loop. It should hide the grip without a problem. I also like the Desantis "Insider"...
