.22 Rimfire Adapter?

Hello, everyone. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with the Lee Shaver .22 adapter tubes for use in .40 & .45 caliber BPCR rifles? How accurate are they with match ammunition? Thanks.

I have had good results with the liners from Dave Cossno (spelling ?). I have both the 40 & 45. I do best with the Wolf match. His load faster also.
