winchester model 1900 rifle
I was given a winchester model 1900. the problem is the barrel was cut down to approx 9 inches and the stock is a home made pistol job. is this just parts value, if so does anyone know someone who might need the bolt or other parts

Keep and sell the parts if you can, but the gun is very illegal under federal law unless registered, since it is a pistol made from a rifle. If it is not registered and acquired with BATFE approval (Form 4), the only legal recourse you have is to surrender it to the police or BATFE. Some folks might say it is easier to find a deep lake.
