Handhuard questions

I just bought an arms #38S-EX Swan Sleeve for my AR (Stag Arms). Does anyone know of a round two piece handguard that will work with this swan sleeve? I have filed the hguard down to make it fit. It's not a TIGHT fit, but it is snug enough to eliminate the play in the handguard (are there any nagative affects this tight fit may cause?). I have a rail and a foregrip on the bottom hguard and the vent holes are undersized and dont line up well, and this coupled w/the fact that the swan sleeve only clears the top of the guard by 1 to 1 1/2 mm has me concerned about overheating. I REALLY DONT want to spend the money on a free floaiting tube to fix my problem.
