Saga ends with Walther PPS .40 cal

Went out and shot my Walther PPS today ( Which replaced my Kahr CW.40) This gun functioned flawlessly ,came with two magazines extra large grip back strap. Thumbs up on Walther PPS.

Congrats on your PPS! Can I take some credit for your purchase?

By the way, as you may already know, you don't need to remove the backstrap for disassembly. Leave the backstrap in place permanently and disassemble the gun just as you would a Glock (i.e. ensure that the chamber is empty and pull the trigger).

The PPS is a very fine pistol by any measure. I've been very pleased with mine.

Another positive review. I've been on the look out for a good pocket sized pistol. PPS is the leading candidate right now.
