Steel Target Info

Hey-

Hope this is the right forum for this topic. I have been looking into steel a bit lately, and am hoping for some direction from those with more experience. I am curious as to whether/who makes quality steel targets for purchase, or if you just gotta make them yourself? I have seen a few for sale on line, but am having a hard time finding reviews. I would like to get some portable ones I could set up and tear down at a local range (already got permission).

I am also wondering what the pros and cons of the differing designs?

http://www.arntzentargets.com/ is the place i got mine .... tall stand and idpa full size target.

we use it for pistol and rifle. pistols as close as 10 yrds.... no blowback at all .... great fun hearing it gong.

rifles ~250yrds and more .... its again really fu to hear it gong .... plus we dont need to split up the group. with paper at rifle distance, somone is always stuck in the pit to work the carrier and mark the target. with the steel u set it up and leave it.... everyone shoots and u know u hit when it goes GONG!!!

nothing sounds sweeter!!

best shooting related, non-gun item i ever purchased.
