light 1" rings for picatinny rail

So Im trying to mount a 1" scope on a picatinny rail. The minimum distance between the rail and the bottom of the scope is o.305".

Can anyone suggest a lightweight ring that can handle a bit of recoil from an m14

I'm using Burris XTR rings on two of my .308 Win rifles, one on my bolt gun, the other on my semi-auto. Both are hold a couple of good sized scopes in place.....both doing it well.
