Seems to me like you are awfully close to your chrono. Try moving back to 10', which is where I think the manufacturer suggests. You are .2 grains over alliant's data and are getting over 200 fps more with a barrel under 2"????? I bet the chrono is picking up your muzzle blast.
If not, I would be SHOCKED!

the numbers are awfully consistent to be muzzle blast numbers, which are usually erratic. when the F1 detects muzzle blast it throws an err, which you can see in a couple of the vids.

I would think that muzzle blasts are generally consistent within a given load..
Just trying to debunk something that goes against everything I know about reloading, barrel length vs velocity, the barrels used in obtaining velocity figures for powder manufacturers, etc. I have seen crazier things though... If I were you, I would move back just a bit and shoot those same loads over the chrono....just for the sake of getting at least a five shot string you can take an average from (where they all register.) Just my two cents. If you do so please let us know. I am intrigued by this situation!
