need info on .300 whisper

Am looking to build a tactical rifle in .300 whisper but is difficult to find info on it. Have seen that Thompson and some custom guns chambered in the .300 but cannot find info on cartridges to buy or handload. Also would need specs, OAL, diam to spec out the appropriate donor gun to rebarrel for the .300 wsp. Mainly looking at the Savage action for price and ease of rebarreling.

Riss, the .300 Whisper was developed by J.D. Jones at SSK Industries and is based on the .221 Remington Fireball case. The information I have shows the case length at 1.50" and the overall cartridge length at 2.575". For detailed reloading data on the .300 Whisper I would recommend contacting the people at SSK Industries. Hope this helps!
