What is this?
Found This picture on the internet and can not figure out what it is and was hoping for a lil help.

That is an experimental Mauser pistol, c. 1906-1908. The idea was to ultimately replace the C96 "Broomhandle" with a more modern pistol, but for whatever reason, it never was produced. IIRC, there was an article on those guns in Gun Report a few months ago, written by Joe Schroeder.

The only thing I can suggest is to write to The Gun Report, 110 S. College Ave., Aledo, IL 61231 or to Mr. Schroeder care of that magazine. I think the article was in the last 3-4 months. I pass my copies on to a another collector and he is on a business trip so I can't find if he still has that issue.
