Alger shotgun

Does anyone have any information on the ALGER 12 gauge, sxs, hammers, double triggers, laminated barrels?

It MIGHT be a Belgian gun - but pics or good descriptions of the proof marks on the bottom of the barrel flats and water table would help.

Laminated barrels, aka Damascus, would most likely date this gun in the 1880's or so, making it more of wall hanger than a shooter - depending on what a QUALIFIED gun smith who knows old guns has to say
