Hornady LNL AP Spare Parts
I just ordered a Hornady LNL AP and would like to know what spare parts would be good to have on hand. I plan on having an extra case retainer spring on hand. Is there anything else i should plan on?

First thing I do every time I buy something new is take it completely apart and reassemble. I always have parts left over, so, that way I always have a supply of spare parts.YMMV

When the retainer spring breaks, generally it just comes apart at the splice. You can screw it back together again, just twist backwards before you put the ends back together. Not saying you shouldn't buy a spare (they are cheap) but one spare should be plenty; you'll probably never have to use it. Just keep reusing the original spring.

If your dies or powder drop assy loosens up then request from hornady the shim kit they are now using for the fix on the powder drop they come in a 2 shim kit one is thicker than the other. Maybe a extra primer assy spring unless you find it if the spring shoot off one time or another. I did get extra powder charge metering insert for each cal that I reload also for each particular bullet that varies from different powder but that maybe down the road for you I just don't like to adjust for each different load I have multiple dies each for its own load/bullet.
