Interesting the ONLY bystander they quoted, out of all of the witnesses they said were standing around for hours, said the shooting was "people acting crazy", and it wasn't worth the loss of life.
Hmm I wasn't there, and details are awfully thin in the story, but as stated earlier, if this is reasonably accurate, it sounds legit - I do NOT know the laws of the area in question, and they may have retreat standards/equal force standards in play that I am unaware of. |
