That's a hard question to ask without knowing the slug type, weight etc. Big differences between rifled in a smoothbore and sabot in a rifled barrel, etc.

Given that though I'll give you some numbers:

Looking at the data on the side of a box of Remington Slugger 1oz rifled slugs it shows a a drop of 1.4" at 75 and 4.8" at 100 using a 50 yd. zero.

On a box of Brenneke K.O.'s I have +1.5" at 50, +1.2 at 75, and -1.0 at 100. Zero for this round would be 91 yards.

Hope this helps but there's a world of difference between different loads. If you lookup the manufacturer's website for the ammo you're using you may be able to get some trajectory data there.

I get a 6" to 7" total arc over 100 yards with 1oz factory load (2.75") foster style slugs from my 18.5" M-500 smoothbore (iron sights).
