Let me start by saying that I'm not some nut looking for a way to mow the masses down.
What paper work and qualifcation/fees/taxes are involved in buying a full auto gun? I am looking for a starting point. Right now I don't have the money to buy one but at least I can get the ball rolling. I have talked with LEO freinds and have gotten diffrent answers so before I go any further I want to know all the dirt. ------------------ DUM SPIRO SPERO While I Breath I Hope |

First, find out if your state and locality allow private ownership of Class 3 weapons. Next, find out if there is a Chief LEO around who is willing to sign transfer forms. Your best source of information will be a Class 3 dealer, not law enforcement officers who are frequently vague and misinformed about the law in this area. After that, it's a matter of finding a gun you want to buy and coming up with the money to buy it. A good dealer will be more than happy to guide you through the process, which will take an incredibly long time to complete.
