Actual cases of knife failure in combat?
A lot is made of the weakness of folders, certain blade types, steels, etc. I don't hear a lot about knife defenses period, but I was wondering if there any hard examples of cases where the knife failed in a defense situation (folded up, broke, failed to penetrated, failed to slash, whatever...). This isn't to say that concerns aren't valid, I'm just asking for hard examples... thanks!
