Which Laser Sight is the one for me?

This board seems like its full of bright people, so let me ask you a question.

I want to obtain a laser sight for my Bushmaster M-17s. I want one that is water proof and won't fry as soon as I walk out into the rain. It will have to attach to the barrel and lock underneath or above it fit on the M-17s. The ability of it to be used during the day would be a big plus.
I would prefer a complete system that I could pick up for less than 300 bucks.

Any suggestions???
