Winchester 74--22 short

Stumbled on a very nice, unmolested Winchester 74 in 22 short. No drill and tap.Serial 235**.1939 vintage. Smooth patina overall with no scratches.Ungrooved.A few small handling marks on very nice wood.No cuts or gouges. Any idea as to value? Thanks,rr
