You're highly trained to set off rimfire cartridges with a torch? Where does someone receive this training?

I smell a .50 BMG torching video one of these days . Can't have a cartridge torching series without .50 BMG!

Step 3: Light camp fire. Step 4: Dump trash .22 ammo into paper bag or empty .22 'bulk pack' container, and lob into fire. Step 5: Enjoy from a safe distance.
