Speaking of trail cam pictures, here’s one for you. A radio controlled bear. Note the collar. From my hunting partners trail cam about a half mile from mine.

Radio controlled bears are the latest in weapons against poachers. Wildlife agents wire up the bear and send him out to scout for baited stands. Finding one he scratches his back on the nearest tree, giving the agents GPS coordinates near the deer stand. Then the bear lurks in the bushes and waits for some unlucky hunter to shoot over the bag limit of two deer per day. When this happens bear scratches collar, with left foot, flees scene and agents call in a predator drone strike on poacher. If by chance the bear gets shot agents call in 2 air strikes on poacher......

The two best parts of fall:
1. Hunting. 2. Football.

Fish & Wildlife agents?

Except they would use Grizzlys instead of black bears. And the BATFE agents would forget what the range on the collars are and they would let the gizzlys get out of range and then the grizzlys would escape. Then the grizzlys would run amok and kill a park ranger. |

The outdoor ranges get progressively less crowded as the weather changes (pre firearm deer season rush excluded)

I love cool mornings, the colors of the turning leaves and quite time in the deer stand.
I like spending the extra time together with my son and my dad. Sharing our hunts and giving each other a hard time. |

Forget the bears, bugs and burning leaves, this is what it’s all about.
