Sorry been away for a few days. Re the questions on the boxes I showed, yes the ammo just stands in the boxes. The end flaps fold over into the third row from each end and keep everything from moving around. Ever see the cardboard cartons the military .45 ammo is packed in? These are the same boxes, but in white cardboard instead of the brown the military used. I also have them for 9mm, all hold 50 rounds. The top flap tucks into the front of the carton to keep everything tight and neat. I can get 1,000 rounds of .45 in a 50 cal ammo can, and 1200 rounds of 9mm.

I had these made for me when I couldn't find a reasonably priced box. I just refuse to pay 75 cents or a dollar for a box, let alone over $3 for some of the plastic boxes. I'd rather spend my money on ammo, not boxes.

I have Berry's bullet boxes for all of my pistol rounds. I've starting to reload 223's and I know I' wont have enough of the original cardboard boxes, because of how many cases I picked up at the range. I guess I need to start picking up 223 boxes instead of always grabbing leftover brass.
