Tungsten dlc finish

Anyone know who plates gun metal in the black tungsten DLC finish. The sane finish that KAHR ARMS uses on their plack pistols.

I believe you're thinking of Ion Bond. They used to take direct shipments but don't anymore; these days I hear that most people are sending them to Springer Precision.
