To bump, or not to bump

I have a for sale post with many different items in it, i sold some a few days ago and posted a reply saying they were sold so i didn't receive any more inquires about them. Today i sold another item, but the rules say you can only bump a thread every 7 days. So do i need to wait to post that another item was sold, or is it a exception to the rule that i can post when items are sold?

In general, any post that changes the status of the sale will not be counted as a bump. Examples are - selling one of several items (as you described), changing the price, adding images, etc.
