Has anybody tried to trim, aneal and resize something like a 300 win-mag case down to the stubby 350 rem-mag case ? I would think that case capacity would be reduced with this procedure due to wall thickness moving down from the longer case. Also, does anyone have some 350 rem-mag brass to spare ? I'm not opposed to the trim down but i've got a very accurate load worked up for my 660 using a max compresed load of 4064. Reducing case capacity would mean starting all over from scratch.
