Use 9mm Luger Dies for 9mm Mak

Ok - I'm curious. Could I set up my Lee 4 Die Carbide set to load 9mm Makarov rounds? Part of me says yes, but I feel I'm missing something.

9mm Mak uses a .365 caliber bullet, really 9.3mm

So if you got it to work I would be amazed.

Hmmm. I think I see what you mean. I got a minute and looked up the diagrams of these in the Lee Manual and see what you mean. I never thought about that in the past that these were actually not both the exact same "9mm width". Oh well, never hurts anything to investigate. Off to buy some more dies.

At least you asked first. Usually we see stuff like, "I don't understand why my 9mm Luger dies are crushing my Mak cases" etc.
