Found a new .40 load!

Here's the result. Group was shot at 25yrds from a rest in my Glock 22. It measured 1.715". I'm pretty happy with it.

8grs AA#7 under 180gr lrn seated to 1.130". What do you guys think? Can it get better?

Nice! I'm going to up the charge a little next weekend and see if it gets better. Thanks for sharing.

I use that same load with a Lee 40-175-TC. It shoots great.

I'd be willing to bet it won't get better with higher charges, but you never know. Did you try them lower?
The heavies are offten the best shooters.

one tight group does not make a great load.... can you do this consistently from a bench rest?

I tried lower charges and accuracy seemed to get better the higher the charge. I shot 20rds each load. The 8gr shot the best. The picture was just the best one. Every other one at 8gr was still under 2".
