I do not know if this has been mentioned,but unless you have a manual with a page specific to AR-15 data,you will lose velocity to the gas system.In my experience,it may be as much as 100 fps to the gas port with a direct impingment system.

As close as I have come to your load is a 69 gr match boat tail with between 25 and 25.5 gr Varget.I got 2783 with very good accuracy and velocity variation.
