They sell a replacement extractor spring on numrich gun parts.com. You don't need to replace the whole bolt if your extractor spring is broken just the spring. I actually just had my extractor spring break on my ishapore after i had a case rupture. I bought a replacement spring from numrich. They are ten dollars a piece But be careful! Trying to put mine in I broke my new spring it was my fault i should of googled how to install it properly take my advice to look up how to install it.

I have an Ishy also, and it's also a 2A1. Mine is a 1965. I love it. There are plenty of them floating around, so I'm certain that somebody must have them. Don't give up searching. These are wonderful rifles.

That's the way to do it . Once you have a spare , it'll never break again !

Is this a common problem with the Ishapore? I have had mine for over 10 years and it’s only a guess but at least 1000 rounds of reloads. Never had an issue.

I have heard that it is a common issue because of how much the extractor has to flex in order to accomodate the 7.62 nato round. i'm not sure how much truth there is to that. Mine broke when i got a case rupture, all of the sudden i got a blast of gas in my face and a broken extractor. Crappy tula ammo but its so cheap ahhh.
