Recoil spring--Enough?

My CZ 75B 9mm comes with a 14# recoil spring. I was advised to replace it with one from Wolff Gunsprings. I got the 15# spring. Even with the increased-power spring, my brass ejects up to 13 feet! I have ordered the 16# recoil spring from Wolff. Will the extra pound of spring reduce the ejection distance to the ideal 3-6 feet? I am firing mainly 115g S&B fmj, Blazer 115 fmj, Winchester USA 115g fmj...no +P.

Thanks!

MIGHT

But before you put that 16lb'er in check function shooting weak-hand-only.

You can put in too much spring, too.
