9mm=greendot
I am loading 9mm 115 gr. jacketed with 4.2 gr. of greendot. Use them in a pt92 taurus.. They work great for target as the shell is placed about 1 to 4 feet away "easy to find". The one thing I notice is the top 3/4 of the shell caseing is real dirty on the outside of it . Any one know if this is normal or are the pressures to low to seal ? Is there a detrmental effect to the weapon? cycles great.
Thanks Mike

You got me. I just looked through ALL of my reloading manuals and cannot find a 9mm Parabellum load for ANY jacketed bullet using Green Dot. It is used in quite a few cast bullet laods, but no jacketed loads. Where did you get the load data?

If it's black stuff that wipes off, it's fine. I don't recall the exact termenolgy, but it has something to do with gases not completely escaping the chamber.
