M1A recoil pad

Somewhere lately I saw a recoil pad for the M1A. Ad said it attached to the flip up butt plate. I've poured over my recent Shotgun News but haven't seen it advertised again.

Anyone see these advertised anywhere?

I just picked up a nearly new M1A which has an annoyingly loose butt plate. The spring mechanism doesn't hold the butt plate against the stock and the pin securing the plate has alot of play.

Instead of replacing this faulty unit with another stock military metal butt plate, I'm interested in a rubber butt plate or the recoil pad mentioned by NMSight above. Anyone seen either item available?
