Shout out to PACT Inc.
Great products backed up with excellent customer service.
Recently my (20 year old?) PACT "BBK digital scale" started to take longer than normal to calibrate. I contacted PACT who suggested I return it for service. 2 weeks later its back home, repaired for nothing & working perfectly. All they charged me was the return shipping for 1 Lb. Its been out of warranty for at least 5 years & hasn't even been made in quite a while.

Very pleased to hear that. You used to hear of complaints regarding PACT customer service years ago, but it sounds like that's been fixed, and exceptionally so.

I never had a problem with them. I have their chronograph as well & for me service has always been first class even when it wasn't their fault (shooting skyscreens for example)
