First S&W 500 loads

I'm loading my first loads in the morning for the 500. My starting point for a Sierra 350 gr JHP is 40 gr of 296 with col 2.040. Any suggestions from the veterans of this caliber would be appreciated. I'm using New Starline brass with large rifle primers.
