Anyone own ProChrono Digital Plus?

My wife got me a Cabelas Gift certificate for 100 dollars for Christmas. I'm thinking of getting a ProChrono Digital Plus.

It seemed to get decent reviews on the Cabelas and Midway sites. Is it a good basic unit for working up loads for my handguns and even my 300 win mag?

It says it's good to 32 degrees F. Is that typical for all Chronographs? I might need to wait a few months before it gets that "hot" around here!

Thanks
