To anyone who uses the Redding model 1 scale...

Can you post a large picture of the scale with all the parts? I think I'm missing something from one I found in an old box, but I don't know what. I suspect there's a counterweight or something. Thanks in advance!

There was more than one version of the number one. Post a few pictures of what you have and someone will tell you what is missing. Make sure you take one from the top.

I think this is a #1. My dad bought it in the1960's. The only thing I don't like about it is the oil pot under the fulcrum. I use turbine oil about 5wt in mine but it creaps out and ends up all over the finish on mine. When it starts swinging to much I know it all creeped out.
It's the only beam scale I have and it works well.
