9mm Loads
Looking for some load ideas for my Browning Hi-Power 9mm. Dont want any boomers, just a nice light load for target and steel plate shooting.

Three loads I have enjoyed.
1. Laser-Cast 115gr. bullet over 5.6gr. Unique, lit by a CCI small pistol primer. 2. Same load, with West Coast plated 115gr. bullet. 3. West Coast 115 gr. plated bullet over 4.5gr. Titegroup, CCI small pistol primer. I shoot these loads in my High-Power. No. 3 is my current favorite.

Wwc 115
Howdy,
This is a practice load I use. It is a little different. I have a surplus of WWC small rifle primers from the old "IPSC Major" .38 super days. I load 5.2 of Unique and a WWC small rifle primer in mixed 9mm brass and a WWC 115 jacketed bullet. This is a mild load that shoots to the sights out of my FNP and is very accurate. It runs the gun and has never malfuntioned. I have no idea why, but it has superior accuracy to the same load with small pistol primers. Good luck Mike |
